Well that was wild.
Wild Paths Festival 2019
Wild Paths 2019 was the first of its kind; a multi-venue, city-wide music festival in the heart of Norwich; a weekend of events that took over all of the city’s best-loved music venues and showcased an eclectic mix of emergent and established artists.
There was an enchanting solo set from Jose Gonzalez, a hedonistic late-night romp from Simian Mobile Disco, and so many more beautiful moments from the likes of The Magic Gang, Franc Moody, Crazy P, Puma Blue, Ruby Rushton, Black Honey, Demob Happy + Anna Meredith.
Alongside the music there were Wild Paths themed after-parties, drinks and networking events, open bowling parties, live art installations and discussion panels (featuring artists and key figures from the music industry – such as Radio1’s very own Phil Taggart).
Norwich’s tastebuds were treated to local food pop-ups scattered across the festival site and attendees quenched their thirsts with exclusive Wild Paths beers, cocktails, coffees and just a splash of water.
The festival’s mission was to bring artists of national and international notoriety to Norwich, and to shine a spotlight over the city and all the talent that resides here. Was that mission accomplished? Take a look below at our Wild Paths 2019 gallery and see for yourself…
